Snow Days

The snow began softly on Sunday. It continued all day into the evening settling heavily on Monday. Some folks say ten inches, others more or less. It was enough to close schools, colleges, court, and businesses all over the region. The mailman was not able to travel on the mountain roads on Monday to deliver the mail. Fed Ex made a path right up to the door.
The temperatures dropped drastically. We have the water dripping to keep from freezing.
Hard to believe it is not even offically winter.
