I admit it, I am fascinated by glass. Years ago, I shared the joy of rainbow catchers with the elementary students I taught. I have always kept prisms in the house to create rainbows. While visiting Asheville, I found these incredible glass teardrop crystals. I used fine gold wire to thread jadite beads onto the prism. It was so much fun creating a beaded prism that I made another with small crystals and a glass blown blue bead with silver designs on the bead. Now, while I fuse glass pieces, I will be wiring prisms.
A friend and I are slowly creating a website. We hope to have it up by Valentine's Day. Thinking that rainbow catchers would be a nice addition to the fused glass....
