February 2 Shining in the Studio
If the groundhog popped his head out today in the mountains, he would not see his shadow. It has been snowing most of the day here. And it is very cold, so cold that icicles are hanging from the underside of the deck.
Yesterday while it snowed, I created a kiln shelf full of fused glass. Some of these will be made into pendants and earrings. Some will be made into something very new. I was very pleased with the way they turned out.
Several of the jewelry pieces will be available online, another new venture for me with an online company.
While the snow continues to fall, the glass shines brightly in the studio.
