Driving home from Asheville, the clouds were covering the mountains with their shadows. Along a stretch in the road, there appears to be mountains and more mountains. The evening before had brought storms all up and down the mountains.
Trees knocked down, tornadoes touching, hail, heavy rain, and lightning.
I arrived home to sunny skies and the trees almost completely leafed out. Tulip poplar petals were covering the back yard. April has brought more than her normal share of rain this year.
So beautiful. Such a blessing to live in a storybook setting. LOL
ReplyDeleteOh, this is gorgeous. I think there is some magic that just brews in the air around Asheville.
