Organist

Most Sunday mornings, you can find me at this corner in our little red church. This is our new, almost brand new organ. The piano is next to the organ.

I opened the organ to share with you this magnificent instrument. I taught myself how to play. We have a very understanding group of folks who attend. It took years for me to be able to play the foot pedals and keep time.

The little red church with its red doors. Episcopal church doors are painted red. This symbolizes that everyone who enters these doors are loved.

This is the steeple that houses the church bell. It is rung before each service in Big Stone Gap.

  1. LOVE the little red church. I was raised in an Episcopal church and my parents still attend, yes every church needs a good organ, I am sure you fill it with beautiful music!
