Three women artists will be opening Artisans Of The Gap on March 19 on Wood Avenue in downtown Big Stone Gap. The artists are :
Fiona Zahnke, Valerie Dowdy, and myself. We will be open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 10 - 3 in the afternoon.
Open studio will be April 6 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 p.m. We will be demonstrating, having art chats, teaching, and selling our art.

Valerie is a painter and muralist. She has a blog and website.
It is an exciting and a little scary adventure to open a new business. We will soon have our own website and blog. Stay tuned for updates and new adventures
